One Shot Kill PvP Sniper Build | The Division

In this video I go over the One Shot Kill build in detail for The Division. Including weapon mods, weapon talents, gear combo, stat priority and more. Below is a summary of this sniper build.


Weapon Mods:
Go for Headshot Damage as much as possible. Try to get Crit Damage too.
Get yourself the Omega Rifle Suppressor(It’s a beast).

Weapon Talents:
Provident: The last bullet in your magazine deals 60% bonus damage.
Proficient: The first bullet shot when out of combat has a 50% bonus chance to result in a critical hit.
Competent(in 3rd slot): Weapon damage is increased by 10% for 15 seconds after using a skill.

Gear Combo:
3pc Hunter’s Faith & 3pc Banshee.

Stat Priority:
Stack Firearms enough to unlock weapon talents. Then stack Stamina.
On gear: Stack Armor as much as possible and have Crit Damage and Marksmen Rifle Damage on Gloves.

First Aid: Booster Shot
Pulse: Tactical Scanner

Tactical Advance: Complete a cover to cover move to increase weapon damage by 2% per meter covered for 10 seconds(stacks up to 50%).

Tom Clancy’s The Division is an online-only open world third-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Massive and published by Ubisoft, with assistance from Red Storm Entertainment, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

It was announced during Ubisoft’s E3 2013 press conference, and was released worldwide on 8 March 2016.The Division is set in a near future New York City in the aftermath of a smallpox pandemic; the player, who is an agent of the titular Strategic Homeland Division, commonly referred to as simply “The Division”, is tasked with helping the Division rebuild its operations in Manhattan, investigating the nature of the outbreak and combating criminal activity in its wake.

The Division is structured with elements of role-playing games, as well as collaborative and player versus player online multiplayer.The game received positive reviews, and was a commercial success, with Ubisoft stating that the game broke the company’s record for highest number of first-day sales. Furthermore, one week after the game’s release, Ubisoft stated that The Division was the company’s best-selling game, and the industry’s biggest first-week launch for a new game franchise, which generated an estimated amount of $330 million globally.
